Temecula Valley Hospital Hosts First-Ever Community Wellness Fair

On Saturday, November 9, Temecula Valley Hospital hosted its first-ever Community Wellness Fair, and it was an overwhelming success!

Hundreds of attendees from our community gathered for a day focused on health, wellness and family-friendly fun. The event, presented by the TVH Behavioral Health Support Program and NAMI Temecula Valley, featured over 50 local vendors, interactive wellness classes, free speaker sessions and a variety of engaging activities. The fair offered something for everyone, from wellness presentations to food trucks, a car show and even a petting and reptile zoo.

Inside the hospital’s Heroes Community Room, attendees enjoyed Tai Chi, yoga classes and a calming sound bath. There were also walk-in opportunities for chair massages and Reiki sessions, allowing everyone to experience a moment of relaxation.
